I first met with Chuck, the preplanning manager and he was absolutely wonderful and so kind. He took so much time to explain everything to me. Then, when my spouse died sooner than expected, Melissa, the managing director at Hennessey was wonderful to our family as we planned the service. Melissa was kind, compassionate, and helped us navigate a really sad and hard time. She made a very difficult time much more bearable. The prices were fair and everyone we dealt with at Hennessey was a class act, as well as kind, compassionate human beings.

Hennessey provided our family with competence, caring, and gracious hospitality with the preparations for our mother's funeral. They assisted us with steps needed to move her from Idaho into Washington and provided a positive graveside experience in cooperation with Greenwood Cemetary.
