Hibernation Mattress

I highly recommend coming here for your next mattress. The sales associate Keith was very helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. This is a smaller, family owned store, which allows them to give you a better experience than all the other big name stores. I never felt like I was trying to be sold something, but instead, felt like I was being assisted in finding something that met my own wants and needs.

My elderly parents needed to buy my mom a new twin bed set after her coming home to recuperate post-hospital and nursing home. My mom, dad, and I went to the Westminster location so mom could try the floor model and make sure she felt comfortable and safe. We were greeted by Keith who immediately made mom feel secure in wheeling through the store in her transport chair (this was one of her first outings after not being able to walk or stand for about 5 months) and as she slowly was able to sit and lay on the bed with her mobilty limitations. Keith was right there to help and was so patient and so kind and helpful and also offered us a great affordable price for mom's new bed set (my folks are 93 and 94 years old and fixed income). I would highly recommend this store for it's terrific service, quality, cleanliness, and prices. It's not always common to find retailers who take the time to explain the products and also the company history (btw: this is a long time family-owned and operated business from the LA/OC area!) as well as give the customer full attention with a kind and courteous approach. I love shopping here for my sister mattress. Keith was so helpful and friendly he helped us pick out the perfect twin mattress for the best price. We even got a nice comfy pillow that was on sale. I was very impressed with the quality of all the mattress, I will definitely come back.
