I recently had the pleasure of working with Mr. Higginson, for tenant improvements, on a new art experience studio, located on Orange Street, in Redlands. The store is part of a franchise and from the very beginning Mr. Higginson was amazing. He worked with the team personally from the start. This is the first business I have ever owned, and he made the experience of the design run smoothly. He is extremely personable, efficient, and punctual. I will begin construction within the next week thanks to his knowledge, experience and help. I strongly recommend his expertise to anyone needing an architect and hope you enjoy working with him as much as I did.

I hired HA after getting quotes and talking with multiple different architects. David has bent over backwards to help me with my project, especially working with the City of Yucaipa to process permits and handle changes. His communication is excellent. He cares about his projects and it shows. I will be using HA again in the future!
