HG were exceptional to work with. Matt the owner came out promptly to assess the work. We were grateful for his expertise as we had a number of trees on our property we were not sure about in regards to which trees needed to be cut down and which needed pruning. The proposal was sent to us quickly and explained the process and detailed all the work to be performed. One of our trees to be worked on was leaning over a lot and they came over ahead of the work date to place temporary strapping on a a massive branch as they did not want the tree to fall down and do damage to the property before we were scheduled. We were not expecting this but grateful that they went above and beyond what needed to be done. Everything went well on tree cutting day. All of the crews were well trained and professional. They also had some really impressive crane equipment! We are very happy we had our trees pruned and and shaped by trained arboriculturist as they look terrific. Would not hesitate to use HG tree care again and highly recommend.

What a wonderfully professional company. From the initial consultation to the finished product, their service was excellent. The company kept in touch with us every step of the way. Their correspondence was prompt and friendly. Once the job was completed, they tidied up beautifully. Higher Ground Tree Care comes highly recommended.

Higher Ground Tree Care was the 2nd quote I received last Fall of 2023 and was much, much lower than the first - so I chose them to remove a large red oak next to my house and raised the canopy on three other trees. Once February arrived this year with the warmer weather, the service crew showed up early morning and within 4 hours had tree and all branches removed. Stump was removed and yard was clean as they started. Great people to work with = affordable tree removal and would recommend them to friends and family.
