This utility service seems to be living in the 80s as they do not call, mail or email you regarding any notifications.
I recently moved to the area and found it was not the easiest to communicate with this utility service in hopes to get the water account updated from the builder to the buyer. Once I did, was catching up on high outstanding bills from the builder, sure. Being almost caught up, within a month, received a WATER SHUT OFF notice curled up in my doorhandle (because of $98). No call, mail notice, or email to notify me prior to shut off? Possibly they left a warning notice curled up like the shut off and it blew away (living in a very windy area), likely causing litter?
Unfortunate with utility services, you get what is given in your area. I hope this review sheds some light on MAJOR simple and conveinent process improvements for their customers.
