Dissatisfying service!
My car needed to jumpstart, and I read the manual to see where to hook up the jumper cables. The employee who came out, refused to hear me on where to hook up the cables. “Oh, you should be able to do it like this, and it works.” Doing it his way a few times my car did not get the jump service it needed. Even asked if their charger was full charged. They claimed it was. Thankfully it was only $75 but I still remained stuck where I was at.
I was only able to get my car started when somebody else noticed the struggles we were having, and brought out their own jumper cables. I explained to the bystander where to put the cable cords, and this person listened. When doing it the way as instructed by the manual, my car started.
I will never recommend this place nor call them again.
