I called the Harley Store and asked who they use to move their bikes. They said they use Motorcycle Ambulance. I called them and they were the best. Showed us compassion for our situation and helped us move the bike to its new home. This group cares for the people and the bike. Thank you again for helping us out during our tough times!

Writing a review based on my experience a few weeks ago. I was going to check out a bike from a private party, but wasn't sure if I was going to purchase it. Regardless, I called Motorcycle Ambulance before checking out the bike to let them know that I might purchase a bike coming from about 100 miles away. Dan gave me the quote and the available timeframe to which they would be able to tow the bike if I purchased it a few days later. I ended up purchasing the bike, called up Dan from Motorcycle Ambulance again and they ended up giving me the same quote and the same pickup timeframe from the initial quote. Tiff picked up the bike and key on time, coordinated with the seller, called me to give me precise updates, and didn't charge extra for changing the delivery address (which was only a mile away from the original destination). She helped unload and move the bike into a parking spot generously. They have a solid towing rig and the bike was tied down properly. Thank you two - you made my life a lot easier.
