For what it is it will do. However the service at this hotel is very subpar and I was never recognized as a Hilton Honors member not once. Like that's the whole point right we stay at certain hotel chains and get lured in by accumulating points from our stays so a little acknowledgement would be great. Not only that the guy at the check in counter could not get the card reader to work as it declined all 4 different cards that I tried. He kept telling me it was me and that my bank or credit card company must have flagged my accounts. After the 5th attempt on the 5th different card it finally worked. Then another employee came around the corner and that's when she told him that the card reader acts up sometimes and you have to unplug it or reset it. So it wasn't me or my flagged bank or credit cards this whole time. Did he apologize to me? Nope! Then our remote to the TV in our room didn't even work and when we called the front desk they said they would send someone up with a different remote. No one showed. The hotel itself looks clean and kinda brand new but the poor customer service and having to pay for parking will leave me not staying here again and looking for a Marriott property instead where I am acknowledged as a Bonvoy member and the customer service is better.

Lovely modern hotel when compared to most others in the area that are looking old and tired. Good sized rooms, super soft, comfortable bed and friendly, helpful staff. Shuttle service was good. Easy walk to subway, local cafes. Only downside is street noise (we were on the 4th floor and still had a lot of noise between 2-5am), but all hotels in the area are on main roads, so not much you can do about that. Highly recommend a stay here.

Maybe I just got a bad room. Checked in the day before my flight and everything was fine. The sink seemed to drain slowly, but they fixed that. Left to go out for a while and came back late. It looked like the beds sheets were never cleaned. Seemed like there was dead skin and hairs in the bedding. There even was a dead big fly on the floor. Being a Hilton Diamond member and knowing the cost of the hotel I was very disappointed, but it was late and I was too tired to go down and complain and had to catch and early flight the next day. Should have checked everything before I went out the night before. Otherwise decent location. If noise bothers you, you may hear the departures from the airport.
