This was one of the worst experiences ever. After flying from Seattle to Kennewick for a conference and ubering to the hotel I was greeted at the front desk and told there was a maintenance issue and I was being moved to another hotel. No transportation assistance was offered. No phone call or email to avoid having to Uber to a second hotel. The man agent had time to have the letter and Mapquest directions available but not a courtesy call. The hotel they sent me too had a concert outside from 5-9. Their restaurant and pool was closed. The quality of the room was terrible as you can see in the pics. The next day when I returned to the hotel the front desk told me “sometimes we oversell” which means their team is not only terrible at customer service but liars as well. This had a significant impact on my trip as I did not have a car and the reason we booked this hotel was because it was next to the conference center. Instead of being ready the next day I had to worry about packing up my stuff and storing it until I had a room. This was terrible and the dismissal from the manager and lies makes it even worse.

I'm on a mission for hotels to provide better internet to its customers. I expected a lot from the Hilton considering the price of the room. Sadly, I was let down. They want you to pay for better internet and the internet you get from that is around the range of expectation. 40mb and I'm paying you what $10? "OH, but they have a working ethernet port, we're saved!" WRONG. The ethernet port doesn't work. For the price of the hotel you guys can do better. Ask the Best Western Premier, they have working ethernet ports (400mb), don't charge, and the room is far less. Do better.
