We stayed here while I was in town for a convention. This was a conference hotel and I booked through my organization, so I figured it'd be solid. I needed to adjust my dates a few weeks prior so I called and was upgraded to a suite for the same price of my original room. Awesome! I may have to switch my loyalty to Hilton! Anyway, the suite was pretty nice. It was HUGE, with all the expected living spaces, including a small kitchenette. It wasn't swanky by any means but still very nice. Housekeeping came in each day without fail, so we never wanted for anything. The space was carpeted and it was clear that it got a fresh vacuuming every day. I don't know about the service in the other rooms, but the suites get the attention for sure. The location was very good and we could walk nearly everywhere. Yes, downtown Seattle has a lot of unhoused people and that gets scary, honestly, as many are dealing with mental illness. However, I didn't see anyone posted up outside the hotel, but they are certainly scattered all over downtown. When we passed unhoused folks, they didn't bother us, so that was fine. The hotel was peaceful, and we really appreciated that too.

This hotel is better suited to business travelers and people attending conferences. I would not recommend staying here for a relaxing weekend getaway. While we were staying here there were two separate conferences occurring which made the hotel common space extremely crowded. The lobby area is very small with nowhere to sit a relax, especially when there are hundreds of people milling around in there. Conference rooms are also on the 3rd and 4th floor, and there are no stairs, meaning hotel guests have to share the elevator with conference attendees often resulting in extremely long wait times and overcrowding. The restaurant is open at odd hours so you cant even go there to relax. Additionally we stayed on the third floor, so the conferences were going on all around us making for an unpleasantly loud stay. Also I found as a Diamond member that the additional perks and staff friendliness I usually observe at other Hilton hotels was lacking. Overall the quality of the room was fine, but I would not recommend staying here if you want a relaxing experience.

Just don’t stay here. Paid $500+ for two nights and could have stayed at a motel 6 and have the same. A complete rip off. I emailed the hotel to inform them of issues and they did not reply or even contact us in our room. Customer service at front desk didn’t even apologize for issues or agree to refund at least one night. Horrible service, outdated, not clean, no place to hang clothing, no counter space in bathroom. Rust and dirt in bathroom, left us 1/4 roll of toilet paper with NO spare roll and had to literally call them 4am out of toilet paper. Dead tv remote and didn’t bring batteries or new remote up to our room. We had to go down to front desk to get a new remote. Just horrible. Don’t do it.
