Fantastic stay! Rooms were clean and comfortable. We got an upgrade when we checked in for a bigger room, which was nice for our kids. Breakfast had something for everyone and everything tasted fresh. Pool looked nice, but we got in too late to utilize it.
We had one issue with our TV not working when we got to the room. We called downstairs and the woman I spoke to said she'd reset a breaker, and a few minutes later she even came to the room to make sure it was working for us which was appreciated.
They had parking spots for RV's which worked well with the trailer we had, and they had security in the parking lot.
Great stay at this Holiday Inn Express. The options in Prosser are limited but we were happy with our choice for a one-night stay. The rooms are clean, modern, plenty of room, comfortable beds, and nice sheets. I would recommend a two-queen bed suite because most of the queen rooms face the mountains instead of the highway.
The location is ideal..you can walk to the town center and plenty of wineries, with a walking trail in front of the hotel.
The breakfast was good with lots of options and a nice seating area.
I’m not giving 5 stars because the front desk person when checking out was not friendly nor helpful.
