If I could give a negative rating I would. I purchased a dougbboy pool 04/17/2022 and have had nothing but trouble since. The people there never respond to calls and the owner told me to come in and ask for him and he would make it right. I went in the next day when I told him I was coming and he wasn't there. The salesman tells you you will get startup chemicals, but not only.did the installer break a sprinkler which I ended up fixing myself since they never called me back, but I had to go to the store twice in order the get any equipment and am still waiting for a ladder that they said would be 3 to 4 days...it's been three months! Worst customer service ever I would not even buy chemicals here after how they have treated me.

My spa arrived today, and everything looks fantastic. Both the process and delivery were simple. Our salesman was thorough and patient with us, as we were totally clueless when we started the whole process.

I'm very happy with the service and the spa we bought here. We needed advice about which spa to purchase, and Hussain was glad to give us pros and cons and stay within our budget. We planned to shop around, but this wasn't our first spa, so when he quoted a price that included setup, stairs and all the chemicals to set up, we were done shopping. It was easy, seamless and fast. After using it for a couple weeks, we weren't comfortable getting in and out, so called and asked if we could have it rotated. He is very accommodating, and we are very satisfied.
