Awesome people. Great customer service. I just needed chemicals, but I didn't know what I needed. They set me up and made sure I had everything for my particular tub, even though I didn't buy it from them.

We purchased a new Hot Springs Spa from Lifestyle Outdoor and it is the best. Robert provided great service and the delivery and set-up did not take long. Our previous Hot Springs Spa lasted for over 20 years, it was time for a new improved model. We cannot say enough good things about Hot Springs Hot Tubs.
