Shopped in many departments with success. However, this is the 3rd time I have tried to gain help in the carpet, flooring department...either no one is there to help...or the person in the department is of very little help.

Takes forever to get a hold of someone about already purchased product from order, not knowledgeable on delivery or installs. I will never return to this particular home dept! Ive gone round and round with trying to get a product delivered and installed ALREADY paid for- for two weeks! And They have lost information. DO NOT do any over the phone transactions or online with this particular branch. Go to lowes!

These folks made the whole process very easy and painless. The scheduler is very knowledgeable and helpful and they installers showed up right on schedule and completed the job in one day.
