Stefan Brunnschweiler at Winkler Real Estate Group helped us to purchase our first condo in 2002, then helped us sell it in 2023. He also represented us when we bought a single-family home in El Cerrito in 2022. Stefan is personable, professional, responsive and knowledgeable about the East Bay real estate market. We had a difficult time with the sellers when we bought our home last year, and Stefan patiently guided us through the negotiations and interactions with the lender and escrow companies. He prepared our condo for sale last fall and held numerous open houses and private showings. We ended up taking it off the market for 6 months until interest rates stabilized and the market started turning around. Stefan suggested we put it on the market when inventory was low this spring and he found a buyer in no time! We would recommend Stefan and the Winkler Real Estate Group for any property listing or purchases, especially in the East Bay.

Stefan helped us, first time home buyers, navigate the real estate market during the pandemic and all its complications. He exceeded our expectations by always being so encouraging and supportive, and he stuck with us for 2 years until we finally bought our house. We learned so much from him and really enjoyed working with him. Highly recommend! He’s the best!
