So glad we went here for our anniversary dinner. Our entire experience was fantastic. It was our first time going here, our thoughtful and beautiful server "Alexis" was so helpful, kind, attentive and we sure appreciated her outstanding service. She is a true asset to Hooked! We don't go out much, but when we do it is very nice to be taken care of like she did for us! The only reason I gave a 4 on "atmosphere" is because someone kept turning the music up pretty loud. Made conversation a little difficult for us lovebirds ;-)
So.......it's an OK restaurant.
The big issues we found were portion size. Such incredibly small portions for the prices. I mean 1 corn on the cob and 1 potato with our boil.....that stuff is cheap. Come on. Also the amount of fries is tiny. These are also cheap. Give us more.
We got the fried pickles and crab fries for appetizers. The pickles were really good. The crab fries were terrible! So insanely salty on the crab. It was terrible!
The service was ok. The atmosphere was beachy. Really wide huge tables. Couldn't barely reach to the middle.
We won't come back. Not for the food we got last night.
