I contacted Mr.Vela as a shot in the dark with some questions about a machine I recently inherited and with very limited information on my part, he was able to identify it! He also provided me further instructions on where to find the proper serial/model numbers and what they should contain, which was so helpful. Let me clarify- I didn’t purchase this machine from him. I came across his website and he seemed to be knowledgeable about drafting and I simply reached out to him for some help identifying mine. His kind and helpful response to my questions lead me to believe as a customer you will also experience the kind of pleasant, above and beyond customer service I received.
