Very sad several reviews from non customers to support a horrible customer using their hottub for rental then upset about dirty water has friends give bad reviews. Kinda like defamation? Hot springs redding is an excellent company with hundreds of happy customers and a few bad apples.
Avoid Hot Springs Spa!!! Customer service is awful. They broke our old tub sending a technician who came out with 2 brand new out of the box broken motors??? We then decided to purchase a new tub from them. While dropping it off they broke our front pannel and proceeded to aggressively hammer it in to place until it started to chip and not fit in place. They withheld our electrical panel, which was included in our purchase. First week our knobs fall off while in use. Then both our heating elements malfunctioned causing tub to heat to 111 degrees. (Causing skin to burn) needing them to be replaced. Then our salt system malfunctioned. … And now our control panel LED screen has turned black! Run away from this company… Fast!!!
