So far so awesome. Was looking to buy a spa as part of our backyard renovation. Stopped by all the local spa shops and some down by my office. Charles was a fount of information about both the lines they carried and spas in general. He was happy to chat and answer any questions and provide advice on multiple visits with no pressure to buy. Made the decision of which brand to buy easy. Made the purchase, and then came the issues with the landscape contractor. White Swan Spas readily and without question offered to hold the spa almost indefinitely until we got our backyard into shape and were able to accept delivery. Once we got a reputable contractor to build our deck, Charles went above and beyond to work out delivery so that we could get the spa on time to avoid delays in the construction project.
