As with most people, I had little to no knowledge of hot tubs. I did my best to research hot tubs on the net and visited all the leading manufacturers in Langley/Surrey. Everyone has a conflicting story to tell and each claims that their tubs are the best and all others are inferior. Meeting Steve of Hot tubs Galore was incredibly fortuitous as never having owned a hot tub, I didn't even know what I didn't know. Steve spent as much time as I needed to explain what's what in the hot tub world. Being in business myself it didn't take long to feel comfortable that Steve is a honest person, an excellent communicator, and who I wanted to do business with. As a hot tub tech he has learned over the years whats good and what's not. He helped my wife and I to pick out the perfect tub for my needs at a little more than a third of the new price. The delivery people were very professional and the tub is now up and running and we love it. I will continue to do business with Steve as he has continued to answer all my questions and inquiries post sale promptly and will provide pamphlets or point you to U tube videos for more complicated procedures. Thanks to Steve and all his Technicians for an incredible experience! Over all a great experience!
I just want to give a shout out to owner Steve Anonby at Hot Tubs Galore for his excellent customer service. I was trying to decide on a new hot tub. Steve took much time to review my needs and provided much information on hot tubs. Although I ended up purchasing a tub from Coast Spas (simply because it fit my body like a glove) Steve told me Coast spas were good and I could not go wrong with my decision. I want to thank Steve for his patience and effort. He bent over backwards to be very competitive with the pricing as well. I would definitely recommend Hot Tubs Galore. Thank you
