Nice hot tub. We are repeat buyers. We purchased at the spring fair and had delivered a few weeks later. We were told they’d do the initial set up with chemicals and an orientation on how to operate everything. Salesman emphasized over and over that service is their priority.

I’ve called several times with no return phone call. When I called yet again to set that up I was told the can service it, but would charge for it. We can take samples in or phone calls.

I am extremely disappointed. At this point, I absolutely will not refer anyone to them.
