An absolutely beautiful and elegant hotel. European styling with a modern twist. Rooms are very spacious and quiet for a peaceful experience. The desk staff is phenomenal and treats everyone very pleasant. Breakfast offering is wonderful with charcuterie board, muesli, and pastry selections. Protein packed for a great start to the day.

Loved this beautifully restored office building turned hotel. The room was immaculately clean and decor was fresh and modern. Every staff member we encountered was friendly. Happened to be there on a night where they had complimentary appetizers and local craft brew samples. That was a fun touch. We met one of the owners at that event and she was delightful and very passionate about customer satisfaction. The hotel is centrally located and does provide parking for $10/night. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we'd recommend Hotel Maison.

Great place to stay in Yakima. Host staff were friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast was dynamite and complimentary afternoon wine/ beer tasting was fun. We were there on the hottest days of the year but early morning walks comfortable and felt safe except for a few unhoused folks along the way. A long walk after dinner back to downtown was refreshing. Great places to eat near the hotel and watering holes abound nearby even downtown in this hops-, heaven. My only complaint with the room was the updated shower. The open door option was a bit drafty and it was impossible to reach the shower head valve without getting doused with cold water in getting things started. Also the slope of the shower floor was a bit more than I expected for the low step entry... though a rubber mat was provided for safety. I'm am older adult so it may be my age that made me feel nervous. All in all a fine place to stay and will likely return. Loved the high ceilings, the quiet rooms and the spacious lobby.
