Truely Great, Tom from HQ Garage Doors, and I am beyond satisfied with the service provided by you! Tom displayed a remarkable level of expertise and professionalism throughout the entire process. He promptly responded to my request and arrived on time for the appointment. Tom assessed and resolved the issue with my garage door, ensuring its optimal functionality, we had to change the motor and a few of the springs. I had broken garage door repaired after read 5 star Review but I am very upset after finding out they charged over 700% of mark up for torsion springs and garage door opener. Also Tom the technician was unfriendly and not much explanation for repair. Gross price gouging. I called the company to lodge complain but haven't heard from them yet.
