I was treated like an important person and individual, not just a number. I was listened to and given great counsel. I was terrified when I was preparing to go in to my meeting/appointment, but after a few minutes of meeting with Andrea, I felt so much more comfortable and confidant. I would highly recommend anyone to go see her! I wish it was on a scale of 1 to 10 because Andrea would earn a 10!! Everyone there was warm and welcoming. :)

- The tax preparer was kind and knowledgeable except for the tax amount we had to pay in was set to be taken out of our account. I very specifically said I did not want to sit on a ton of money in my checking account. I was told it would be taken out on the date she put in. This did not happen and still has not. We called in about it and we're told the IRS was not excepting them yet. That's fine but I would not have set it up like that if I was told this at my appointment.
- The amount charged truly is too high. For 30-45 minutes of time.
- The front desk lady was not very kind or knowledgeable when my husband called in to ask about the tax amount not being taken out on the set date.
- Overall I find myself frustrated with this visit. I never have been before.

My specialist John was very knowledgeable and welcoming during my visit. I enjoyed most when we were talking like two gentlemen just having casual conversations about all we talked about regarding taxes and our personal lives.
