Wasn't there in person, but we go way back. My parents were insured by them; and, I got my first auto insurance there, when I was 21, from Colin Huff (RIP.) I had to move my auto insurance elsewhere, but had my first home insurance there, and haven't had reason to reconsider in some 45 years. Wonderful customer service.
