I've being waiting for spare parts to repair my machine for four MONTHS. Services reps told us hydra master decided to only make new units and hold back parts. I can't wait for them, will have to get a new machine not a Hydra Master. They’ve abandoned their clients, I have been in business for 36 years and have never been treated so poorly. I'm a small business this might be the end of me, if I can't find a different machine. Hydra Master I will be posting this on every platform I can, you have destroyed my business, I'll try and return the favor.
