You never know what you are going to run into when you have to deal with a management company. Thankfully I have had a great experience with Clarity. They're very professional and rented my condo very quickly. I was glad they were recommended to me and pay it forward every chance that I get.

The properties managed by Ideal are beautiful with very friendly and highly professional owners. When I moved from one rental place to another, they were pleasant, supportive, and quickly resolved any deposit issues. don’t ask them to have someone fix your house. they can get commission from vendors that means the price is much higher than if you find someone yourself. and if you live far away and cannot check your house right after they finished their work, they will not do everything they promised to fix. They try to do as less work as possible to get as much money as possible from you. no professional ethics at all.
