Ordered two wig systems on the 8th of September; I haven’t received any correspondence about when my order will arrive. It’s the 20th of September, and still no order! PayPal took money from my account, but haven’t heard from idefinewig!!

Wig didn’t look like the one that order, very thin and to short 8 inch instead of 12 inch curls wasn’t form. And frizzy.

The wig I ordered did not look as pictured and I never received my refund after returning it. They don’t have return instructions on their website and I feel that they gave me a false return address because they claim that they never received my return.
