Idler's is great! I love my Freezer and my Living Room looks fantastic thanks to Liz she is fantastic & stayed in touch while I waited. Well worth the wait!!
So we had bought furniture from this store as we needed some in our living room. And while the purchasing process was a breeze and we found what we were looking for the communication is honestly what makes me not want to come back to this business. I get that the smaller purchase we make, the more often we are over looked but there's something to be said about the way these sales people treat us customers. Our furniture was supposed to arrive 6 eels ago and it apparently arrived last week yet we never received word. No we instead had to come to this store in person on two different occasions and idk if the person who helped with the purchase was the one to help us out today but man did she boldface lie to us about contacting us. First of all since neither of us wanted to start a scene with you in the store, lemme just say that it wasn't you who called us to inform it was coming the week of the sixteenth in August it was my partner who had made that phone call as I had came home to that conversation. You also did not leave a voice mail after your supposed phone call to us to let us know that it was ready for pick up. I understand that sometimes customers do not pick up as I too work in retail and gave to make phone calls to let people know when theirder is ready for pick up. However, not everyone picks up their phone. Therefore we are told to leave a voicemail which is something you never bothered to do as there is no record of that ever happening. We will no longer be doing business with you as you guys lack any form of communication what do ever. To the warehouse guy, thank you so much for the amazing effort and patience you had in helping my partner load the furniture into the SUV. May you have a better day.
