Image Orthodontics office on Mondays is used for Golden State Smiles Children Dentistry appointments. Service is basic, equipment is adult size. Staff is no frills, no personality.
We have been going here for the past year and a half+ (due to our insurance), or 4 visits now. Golden State Smile Staff has changed everytime we visit.
This is the kids second children's dentist here. The current dentist is thorough (competent) but he has never introduced himself to me or my kids. The dental hygienists are not kid-friendly. Again, they don't introduce themselves to my kids or me.
No one here has greeted or introduced themselves to us at the front desk. Their text messaging reminder notification system is a joke. It can be fustrating at times. They are sporadic. I get reminders two months prior. Calling the dental office number listed here on Google Maps is interesting. I have left messages, but no one returns calls so I have to call again.
Again, this office is competent with your kids dental care, but has no warmth or personality.
