I was racially profiled by some chunky light skinned woman. She had the audacity to ask me for ID while I was paying with a credit card. The irony is that I probably make triple her salary monthly. All because I was dressed down. I hung back after I paid to witness her not ask the next customer for their ID when they paid. Terrible customer service!

A shame how the “head stylist” didn’t feel the need to return a text or phone call… 😬
However the staff at the Menifee location were very pleasant and helpful.

Both stores are literally right next door to each other they have a third location in Menifee. Great selection in all style hair and wigs next door are gorgeous. Mariah was helpful, honest and very friendly. I can't wait to purchase my next wig, thank you so much!!!
