I understand that some customers did not have a great experience with ordering clothing from Indochino. People tend to be more vocal when they are unhappy which skews the ratings of a company. As a small business owner, I would like to share my positive experience with Indochino.
I have a couple of business conferences coming up in less than two months. After trying on the suits that were in my closet, I realized that it was time to upgrade my wardrobe. I live in Bellingham, Washington and the closest Indochino location with an available slot on my day off was actually in Vancouver, Canada. I got measured on 4/20/23 and ordered two suits. It was a fun experience to completely customize the suits to my liking. I was able to choose the fabric, cut, fit, pockets, monograming, lining, accent stitching, etc. The suits were made quickly and they shipped on 4/29/23. It arrive to my home on via DHL on 5/8/23, just 18 days after placing the order. The suits fit well overall but still needed some minor adjustments. The Indochino store in Bellevue, Washington had an opening on 5/12/23, but the time slot was a bit late in the afternoon. I contacted this store and they were very accommodating and gave me a late morning appointment. I worked with a lady by the name of Sam. She was very professional, patient and provided good advice on styling. I left the suits with her and one week later on 5/18/23, the suits arrived on my door step. I just tried them on and they fit perfectly.
Now that my measurement are saved to my profile I can order more custom clothing online.
