I get the airport upcharge, I paid $20 for a usb-c cable. But when I got to my hotel, the cable didn't work. I had to go to Target to get one.
On my flight back, I decided to return the daulty item, but they were adamant about not being able to take it back. So now I have a overpriced useless cable.

They treat customer very bad. I left my headset cable on the counter, called them back , they found it but refuse to send to me with me paying the postage, they said they will send to lost and found, but 3 weeks later, there is no case could be tracked at Seatec lost and found. They don’t care customer who give them business, not a good way of doing business . Never buy anything from In Motion !
