I don’t care for Motels typically but was traveling on a budget and landed here. I’m thankful we did. I have moderate OCD which affects a lot of aspect of how and where I sleep. But the Inn was spotless, everything worked great, the water pressure and temp was awesome. There were a lot of people there but it was totally quiet and everyone kept to themselves.
I was thankful I could open the window at night for some air, and the staff was incredibly nice. Thanks for a great stay!
I had an unpleasant stay at the inn at Lake Washington. There was an interruption to the water service at the hotel, which lasted for several hours. During this period, the hotel was unable to provide any service, because they claimed that there was an issue with the third party booking agency which I utilized for the booking. After the front desk staff raised their voice in frustration, demanding that I call capital one to resolve the issue, without providing any further information. I spent over 45 minutes of time on my birthday trying to accommodate this request. It is not reasonable to burden the customer with issues associated with a booking agency, and I will not stay there again.
Also, the pool doesn't work, and there was a group of people working on a broken car (no doors, missing seats) loudly outside of the hotel room. I did not feel comfortable with my two year old child at this location, and recommend that other family travelers avoid.
With that said, to the owner, I'm willing to take any specific requested action to fulfill payment. It shouldn't be my problem, but you deserve to be compensated for a reservation. I need specific information for follow through though.
