The team went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. Dinner downstairs was good and the view from top balcony at sunset of Morro Rock was a good way to end the day with a glass of wine.

Be careful booking from hotels website. Once I typed in all the information the page kept saying there were errors and never confirmed the booking. No charge on the card so I moved on and booked a different hotel. Later on received a call I missed my check in. I explained the situation, I never received a text or phone call to confirm the booking. They made us aware an email was sent but i don’t know who checks their emails on vacation especially when the hotels website never confirmed the booking. They didn’t seem to care and basically insinuating I was lying and then they proceeded to charge the card at the time of the call. I’ve never had such a terrible customer experience. It all was super upsetting. I understand their policy but they refused to acknowledge their websites error. This economy isn’t great and no one has money to throw at a hotel they didn’t stay at.

We just returned from a week's coast road trip with stops in Santa Barbara, Carmel, and Big Sur with our last being at Rosie's Inn Morro Bay which my wife had booked online.||The street appearance gives no indication of what comfort and ambience awaits within; from the very friendly staff welcome along with a complimentary selection of|fine bottled wines & boxed chocolates to the beautiful interior remodeling completed in the past few years with nautical art and local photos, blended with soothing pastel colors throughout.||Hotel access is complimented with luggage carts and an elevator for upstair rooms, a morning continental breakfast of juices, yogurts, hard boiled eggs, fruit, rolls & coffee is also included.||In strolling the town for possible dining eateries (of which there are many to choose from), the hotel offers a substantial discount at Rosie's Bar & Grill right at the water's|edge. We were pleasantly surprised at the expansive menu, service and quality of|dishes (try the Ahi tostadas, most excellent!) with easy access right thru the hotel.||Our bay facing balcony room was immaculate and well appointed with a most comfortable bed & cozy comforter, and a spacious bathroom with double sinks.||With a front row seat view of Morro Rock, the sailboats swinging on their moorings, and the seals barking on their floating dock, a more perfect ending to our dream vacation could not be more imaginable.||We thank Steve and the rest of their staff for a most memorable experience, we will be back!||C & C, Huntington Beach
