The vehicle arrived with no damage. There were no hidden fees and the estimate process was quickly and easy to understand what was included.

The challenge I had with them moving my car was that they said that they were going to call me at least two hours ahead of pick up. They called me half an hour before pick up, so I had to run to my house to be on time for pick up.
