Why do a set of 4 wheels 18'' two are 7 wide two are 8 wide take 4 months and still waiting?? And paid in full. Very bad communication from your business, don't answer the phones, don't reply to voice mails.

Every business is in a struggle to get parts since COVID so the wait due to no hoops is understandable-we could not get the tires on the wheels but they helped in every way-Shirley and intro are a company that stands behind the product they make and care about the customer thanks intro

100% poor customer service I waited 6 months for wheels that said 6 weeks I paid alot for my wheels and 1 of them came in bent I sent it back and they told me 6 weeks it's been 4 months This place is a joke idk why people continue to deal with them I'm selling them when I can get them all right
