Best instrument buying experience I've ever had. I contacted Irvine Music Center and ask if they could send photos of a guitar they had for sale on Reverb. Claire responded within minutes and within a few more minutes emailed multiple photos of the PRS guitar I was interested in.
I purchased the guitar and called Claire to ask if she could ship the guitar out that day and without hesitation she said yes and within an hour or two my guitar was on it's way. Beautiful instrument and the packaging was perfectly done. Thank you Claire and the the Irvine Art & Music Center Team. Well done!!!
Super great folks here! I was in town for a vacation, but wasn't able to bring my cello with me. And, it's audition preparation season so I wanted to not loose my muscle memory. I dropped into this shop and asked if I could borrow a cello for a half hour or so and they were more than willing and super helpful! Both Ted and Mike helped get me a cello, a bow, rosin, and even a taller chair. They even allowed me to use a separate little room as a practice room for however long I needed. Overall a wonderful experience at this shop, I would definitely drop by again if I end up back in Irvine.
