Fair prices, good service.
The trade up policy isn't that great but new and used prices are good...especially if you barter a little bit on the used.
Because they're not a big chain like Guitar Center, they have a fair amount of eclectic stuff you won't see elsewhere...at least in the Northwest.
Not sure what their angle is but low balling is certainly a thing they do
Said they tightened the rod in my guitar neck and it wouldn't budge but no dust purposely left on there was touched leaving me to believe they're not close with the owner or not the original owners of the store.
Definitely amusing to see their posture change when declining the sale, which made this go above one star as they're painfully unaware their back end is covered by thin walls and I could literally hear every word they said by the wire section around the left of the counter which I even mentioned to the guy who I tried to sell my guitar to. 50 bucks for a 94' strait.
Edit: since I didn't have the tool for the neck I had a friend do it, it's literally loose 😂 definitely avoid this shop
