Joann Eastman was the nurse practitioner who took care of me today. I had an appointment with a health issue I’ve been having for two months. When the nurse, Rebecca, took my vitals and I was explaining to her my situation, she was empathetic and approachable. However, when the nurse practitioner entered the room after Rebecca left, she was quick and did not give me a chance to explain my situation. As I was trying to open my medical records on my phone to show her some of the labs my previous doctor performed when I first encountered the symptoms, she waved off with her hand and said that was not necessary, “we are going to be doing whatever I think needs to get done.”
Not even 5 minutes went by when I was walking out the door. As I walked out Joann was back staring at her computer munching on some food/snacks. Joann Eastman was not empathetic and she was definitely not approachable; she was reluctant to listening to what I had to say. I DONT RECOMMEND if you are looking for a place where they actually acknowledge your health worries/concerns.
