1/12 update Francisco came out and got everything working properly and now it is a beautiful fire! Very nice people:-)

Earthcore in Camarillo installed our new fireplace in 2014. Having a problem now in 2021, and they don't deal with that manufacturer anymore, so service is less than helpful. They did come out and took away a part, then decided they couldn't really help us. No part returned. Couldn't order a new part for us - but we could order it ourselves. Got hung up on by Alberto, the sales rep. Can't say that I would ever use them for anything in the future.
