Update: I see someone at j and i responded. This has NOTHING to do with insurance this has to do with the attitudes and failure to comminicate by J and I. As you can see they are once again finger pointing and blaming. Now we are down to one star. Didn't think they could get worse. Still waiting on that phone call we won't hold our breath!
The only reason I am giving 2 stars is I liked our salesperson. There my like ends. We got a tractor the last day in March and from the beginning you could tell the attachments were sub par. We ended up with a mower deck that wasnt what we ordered and were told how much better the one we were getting was. I honestly think it had issues and they wanted to get rid of it. 1st the driver over ramp broke because ironically we drove the tractor over it. We have never been able to mow are yard with it because I drove over an aluminum handle that wasnt attached to anything and half the wheel weld broke. Then my husband was moving it and grabbed it and the rest of the weld broke. It is may we still have no mower. All I hear is excuses and blaming from service. I asked that someone call me before I left a bad review that I could talk to still waiting on that call back. Never happened. Then the tractor had to go back in because the oil filter was on so tight we couldn't get it off (it's suppose to be hand tight) so we bought tool to remove and the filter broke leaving the top attached. Enter more blaming,finger pointing and basically calling me a liar. Oh on top of being told well you bought it in March like I have owned it so long by april I am like I just literally made 1st payment. We haven't even had it a month. Thier service dept could use some customer service training for sure. I regret my purchase 1000 times over not blaming kubota this a is a solid J and I issue

I stopped by J&I a few times looking at equipment. Jessica was always so helpful and made many great recommendations. I put off buying anything for about a year. I finally had enough with my riding lawn mower breaking. I came in looked at the bx23s and decided it was time. She was right on it. She filled out the paperwork in less than 10 mins. Reached out to kubota told me it may take about 10 mins and sure as it 10 mins later i was approved and i signed the final paperwork. I was there for maybe 30 mins and i walked out the owner of an amazing machine. I am so grateful for their customer service and speedy work of it. I picked my new tractor up 2 days later. Jessica has since reached out to me over text to check in. She sent me a link to a really great video to learn about my machine. I think if anyone is questioning buying a Kubota go to J&I they will lead you to the machine you have been looking for and make it painless. If i could give them 10 stars i would!

When I began my investigation and search for a tractor, I was pretty intimidated considering the brands and options available. I made several phone calls to various dealers. Nobody seemed that interested in talking with me nor earning my business. Then I called J&I Equipment. I am so glad I did. What a difference! …The salespeople are amazing! They’re super helpful, answered all my questions, and so customer-centric. They provide outstanding service and great pricing. The store is beautiful. It’s well stocked, clean, and everything is displayed professionally. So much to look at. They have everything a person could ever want for a home or farm with a huge in-stock inventory! I purchased a new Kubota backhoe and box blade from J&I Equipment. Since then, I’ve recommended them to my friends; one just bought a tractor and had nothing but great things to say about the transaction. l wholeheartedly recommend J&I equipment. They made the purchasing experience fun and confidence-inspiring. I am so glad I found them and will absolutely continue going to them for all future implement/equipment needs!!
