The service experience always comes down to people. Melissa was incredible with handling the service appointment. The process was handle very smoothly without issues and finished early, always a plus and appreciated. Definitely plan on returning for any of our service needs.

Best experience buying a car. Super easy, all my questions were answered and explained very well. Best part was finding out registration is taken care of, so I don’t waste my time at the DMV. The manager was extremely helpful and made the whole car buying experience less stressful. Thanks Derek.

As a first time buyer I would recommend anyone to visit J-Star Auto, but especially first time buyers. I recently purchased a vehicle from them yesterday. The experience, knowledge, and service I received was 5/5 in my opinion. The salesman Greg made my first time buyer experience one I will never forget. He acknowledged what I wanted and did everything possible to get me into the car I desired. He also helped me get my monthly payments down and the APR rate; sheesh I don't know how he did that, because when he said he will work something out he meant it. In addition, with my pops being with me them thanking him an American Vietnam Veteran for his service really put the icing on the cake for my deal. Real great people at J-Star Auto, friendly, great hospitality, and willing to get you into your desired car. Plus the range of vehicles you can choose from is ridiculous.
