We ordered our food around 930pm. We were treated nicely. We were the only car in line and asked to pull around to the parking lot without an explanation. We were made to wait 30 min for our food. Around the 20min mark we went to obtain a refund but the doors were locked and no one was being allowed in. When our food was brought out to us it was given to the another customer. Luckily the dude was cool and realized it wasn't his food and gave it to us. Somehow after waiting 30min for our food it was cold.

So I've come to this Jack 3 Times Always Ordering the Same Order, and I Specifically Ask for No Pickles (Says it on the Screen) then when I Open my Burger, it has Extra Pickles. I've Returned the Burger and asked for a New one, and they still Failed to give me one with No Pickles. Unfortunately this is the Only Place Nearby that's Open 24 Hours. It might sound Extremely Petty but I'm giving this Jack a 1 Star for not Getting my Order Right 3 Times.

Friendly helpful staff here. Food was good and also freshly made. The dining room was clean and well maintained. If you want to use the restroom the staff will have to assist you to get inside. The homeless element in the area is really the only thing negative about this particular Jack in the box that I can think of, but that isn't their fault.
