Placed an mobile order to get a head of the line but looks like my drink was made last. My ready time was at 1:25pm, its now 1:35pm and my drink is not called out. After every person that ordered in line got there drink, then i had to asked about my order. Not sure why they didnt start my order or even confront me when i was waiting. Got me drink and no apology. Never coming back to this location. Hope the managers/corporate hire better staff or just close down for good.

I’m disappointed. I ordered a Peach Pleasure with an additional caffeine boost. When my drink was going to be served, one of the workers had asked her coworker if she put the caffeine in, to which she subtly shook her head. I typically go to this location, I will not be returning if they do not give me what I paid for.

This jumba is my nearest I live less than 5 minutes away . It’s been a week already I call EVERYDAY and they always are out of something . Either fruit , yogurt , or acaii bowls this place needs to just close already or management needs to step it up with inventory this is not a once time thing this has been a continuous issue since
