Called JBT on Friday at 2pm in Tacoma because our 45' Newmar Class A RV had the "STOP ENGINE" light come on. We needed a two to the Freightliner shop 20 miles away. Kyle answered our call and was at our RV within the hour and safely towed our massive RV to the Freightliner shop. Kyle was professional and had great communication as well as a super attitude. When unplanned mechanical issues happen it's so refreshing to have a positive person on the line when you call the tow company. Huge PRAISE for JBT Towing and their team. Highly recommend if you need a team that can do the big jobs!

Got stuck going uphill. They charged me $1000 to winch me 50ft AND DESTROYED MY AIRSTREAM. He took off before I could even get insurance info
