Giving a 3 star because their selection is good. However, if you love when cashiers start the sign up process for a credit card without saying anything and the only giveaway is that the card reader is asking for your SSN, then proceed to argue and pressure you into continuing the sign up process, this JCPenney location will be a 5 star for you. Walked past another cashier counter on my way out and could hear the customers arguing with a different cashier for doing the same thing. If this is how customers are treated by this company, I'm not interested.

We always find great buys and good home equipment and clothing at Penney's. The staff is friendly. They add crew during busy times so that the wait to check out is never too long. I forgot to bring my card and they let me use another ID to charge merchandise. I hope Penney's thrives and grows stronger every day! UPDATE Looking around waiting for my wife, a clerk greeted me. She gave me directions to the Home department where we found new bed pillows, bathroom rugs and accessories. We figured about $110. The cost was about $80. Joy! Check out was quick. The lady was helpful explaining how my credit on the account would be applied in 24 hours. She also told my wife how to replace her JCP card.
