The Consultants/Trainers were at the store during my oil change. The staff seemed on edge and were being directed/advised actively during my time there.
I was escorted out of the service bay before my Check Engine Light was reset.

I had visited this location quite a while ago and been disappointed. NO LONGER THE CASE. Malaki (sp) welcomed me, honored my coupon from online, gave me personal service and followed me through the process. Ryan thanked me for visiting and encouraged me to come back. I watched Jorge tape another customers paint job prior to a headlight detail and thought 'he's treating it like I would my own car'. David did an excellent professional job of removing my old and replacing with new oil. Not a bit of odor from a drop out of place when I left. I was actually SO IMPRESSED that I stopped by to let Cathy know that whatever she is doing .... it is building team at her location. I would 100% come back to this location and let these fine people take care of my vehicle. Well done, team!

Stopped by for a free pre-trip check and free wiper blade check. They did an amazing job. Very professional and friendly. Will come back for any car maintenance needs. Thank you!
