Austin and his crew at the silver lake location are amazing!!! Everyone has been so kind, patient and professional. Unfortunately, I had a bad experience at another location and silver lake took really good care of me without question. They take really good care of my vehicle. So I will only be going here from now on!!!!

Thanks for fitting me in right away, when I was about to embark on a long distance trip across the border. The guys quickly diagnosed the change oil warning light was not reset by another company that performed the oil change a few weeks ago. They did it for FREE! I really appreciate this as it gave me a peace of mind for the rest of the journey!

The employees at this store are all excellent. Our mechanic Clint needed to order some parts and when the delivery driver was delayed he drove to the store so we wouldn’t have to wait an extra 30 minutes! I will definitely come back to this location for my car needs.
