I went to Jiffy lube for the 1st time, and was presently surprised, I went right after work thinking it would be busy and they took me right in, gave me an estimate and then I had questions and the gentlemen was very patient in answering my questions. He was not pushy in trying to sell me anything I did not need. I will be going back.

Zero stars. Charged me 150$ for oil change. A week after my engine light was on. I went to get it looked at. Turns out our Jiffy "pros" filled my car with the wrong oil. I was back to get my refund. I was told, "Absolutely not." I recommend everyone to skip this place.

Been going here for a little over a year, Standard oil change is usually between 15 to 30 minutes, depending on techs on site. Ali, who I think is the manager, always keeps me well informed as to what will be performed on my vehicle and asks if I have a coupon. As 03/07/24, I have only had good experiences here.
